CMCK constructions builder Corey McKenzie has 25 years’ experience in the building industry, a qualified builder of 15 years, with the past 12 of those living and working in the Exmouth Building industry.

Corey completed his trade in Port Lincoln, South Australia in 1998, predominantly building multiple high-end quality homes. Other projects undertaken in South Australia included 3 x Jetty refurbishments, 2 x major hotel upgrades, concrete works to gain storage facilities, and building in remote indigenous communities. before moving to the North west in 2006.

Since moving to Exmouth, Corey was site supervisor of ten years with DLR building in Exmouth, Corey supervised the Novotel Ningaloo build, the Pot shot Pool Bar renovations, The Game fishing club development and high-end home builds in the marina.

In 2015 CMCK Constructions was formed and since we have completed many projects including new homes, shed construction, Home additions and renovations as well as being a major contractor for the Exmouth wharf extension.

Corey has extensive knowledge in all aspects of building unique to our north west environment and climate, having lived, worked and built many houses and designs in Exmouth over the years. 

We are invested in our community, our kids are involved in several local sporting pursuits in which we volunteer, and Corey is currently captain of the Exmouth Volunteer Fire and Rescue Brigade of which he has been an active member for over ten years.

Our promise is to provide a high-quality product, using local tradesmen, at a competitive price, quality products are always used throughout the build we know are suited to the north west environment.
